In SW Header Simple, open Style → Top Bar Style → Max Top Bar Width (Default / Small / Large / Full / Custom; default Full). That control limits the content (links, phone numbers, text). The colored background still goes edge to edge. After 2026.09.08.16.54, publish global header content and hard-refresh.
