How can I make a long navigation menu fit in SW Header Simple?

Autoplay or mute: In Foreground video , check Autoplay and Muted . Those settings request the behavior you want, but the visitor’s browser or the video provider can still restrict autoplay.
Video size: Set both width and height in the external embed. Those dimensions control the video’s size on the page.

Start with the least disruptive option and stop when the menu fits:

Shorten long labels and remove items that do not belong in the primary navigation.
Go to Style → Logo Column Width, set XL Logo Column Width to Custom, and reduce XL Width (px) enough to give the menu more room.
Go to Style → Menu Layout → Menu Position and choose Below header to place the menu in a full-width row.
Under Style → Header Behavior, turn on the appropriate Use mobile menu at… option where the horizontal menu no longer fits.

Publish the global header and test it at several screen widths after each change. The SW Module Documentation includes more detail.
