The top bar background spans the full width, while Max Top Bar Width limits the content row inside it. Under Style → Top Bar Style, set Max Top Bar Width to Default. Then open Spacing and set the left and right padding to 25px. The padding stays inside the width limit so the top bar content and logo row share the same visual edges. Publish the global header and check the alignment at desktop and mobile sizes.
