Use Module Outer Background Options for the full-width section band (Theme Color, image, video). Keep Max Module Inner Width on Default (~1800). Put padding in Module Inner Spacing (upgraded pages map your old Spacing here). Leave Module Inner Background as None unless you want a nested fill behind the form column.
