How do I add glass or pattern styling to the SW Form box?

Style → Form Box Settings → Background Option → Effect. Turn on glass, grain, and/or pattern; optional rim highlights the form box edge (defaults to visible when Effect is on). For a solid fill, choose Color instead. For no painted box background, choose None.
