On Smithworks themes, SW Footer Simple typically pulls the copyright company name from HubSpot’s marketing email footer, not from Account defaults → Company information.
Set it under Settings → Marketing → Email → Configuration → Footer addresses (create or edit an email footer with company name and address). The same footer data also feeds SW SEO Schema organization details when that partial is enabled.
