Heading Side Button is the older single-button option retained for pages that already use it. Heading Button Repeater is the better choice for new content because it supports one or more buttons in a row. It also gives you alignment and spacing controls for that button group. Existing Heading Side Button content can remain in place unless you need the repeater's additional flexibility.
