Each card has one footer slot: Off, Chip, or Button. Chip is a label (no link) unless you turn on Enable Chip as Link. Button is a single CTA, not a row of buttons.
Enable Chip as Link hides chip text/colors and shows Button Text, Button Link, and button styling instead. To make the whole card clickable, use Link Entire Card. Heading and footer CTAs under the section still use the Buttons repeater.
