What does Publish theme do in HubSpot Theme Settings?

Publish theme saves your Theme Settings changes so they apply to pages and templates using that theme. You reach the full theme editor from content that uses the theme, then publish after adjusting shared options such as colors, fonts, and buttons. This is different from Publish changes in Design Manager, which publishes edits to an individual template, module, or coded file. HubSpot may present a newer editor with different labels, so use its current theme settings instructions if your screen does not match.
