Use Module Outer for the full-width band around the module, including a background that should extend from edge to edge. Use Module Inner for the centered content area that contains the testimonials. Add Inner spacing when you want breathing room inside that content area, and add an Inner background when you want a contained surface behind the quotes. This separation lets you create either a simple full-width section or a full-width section with a distinct inset panel.
