- Events with a past event_date are removed from consideration. Dates use the America/Denver time zone, and an event remains eligible on its event date.
- An upcoming row marked as featured takes priority. If several upcoming events are featured, the one with the earliest date is shown.
- If no eligible row is featured, the next upcoming event by date is shown.
The browser downloads the Google Sheet, so the Sheet must be shared as Anyone with the link and Viewer. Do not store private information in it.
