Set Apply Now — Destination to In-module form when you want the button to move visitors to the application form on the page. The form must include a field named position_of_interest so the selected job can be filled in automatically. Choose Custom link instead when an opening should send applicants to an external page. If the on-page form does not receive the job title, confirm that the required field exists and uses that exact name.
