How do I turn on Outer Animated in SW Text and Media?

Open Style → Module Background Settings and set Module Outer Background Options to Animated. New module instances start with the Outer background set to None, so selecting Animated is required before motion can appear. Save or publish the page, then check the published view because the editor may show a still version instead of the live motion. Outer Aurora Overlay and SVG Overlay apply to supported non-Animated Outer fills and do not display at the same time as Animated.
