Open Content → Tag Filters. Leave it empty to show all posts. Add a row for each tag you want. A post appears when it has any of those tags, and it appears once even if it has more than one.
The old single Tag Filter field is gone. If this module used to filter by one tag, add that tag under Tag Filters.

The previous single Tag Filter control was removed and is not copied into Tag Filters automatically. After a theme update, open the module and add the tags again if the list is empty.
