The embed code connects quiz submissions to the HubSpot form you choose:
- In HubSpot, open the form.
- Choose Actions, select Share, and open the Embed code tab.
- Copy the complete embed code.
- In SW Quiz Simple, turn on Add lead capture form.
- Paste the unchanged code into Form embed code (required).
