Open a live page → click the footer → Edit global content → SW Global Site Footer → add SW Privacy Notice in the footer drag-and-drop area (below SW Footer Simple when possible) → publish global content.
Same global footer path as popups: open any live page, click the footer, choose Edit global content, then select SW Global Site Footer (check Hidden modules if needed).
Add SW Privacy Notice in the footer drag-and-drop region—place it below SW Footer Simple and below SW Popup Panel or SW CTA Popup if those are present. Configure Notice Text and Close Button, then Publish global content.
