Style → Cards Layout → Card colors → Card background option = Effect → Glass, Grain, or Pattern. Rim default 25px adds a frosted frame; set Rim (px) to 0 for full-card glass. Module-wide card frosting is under Style → Cards Layout → Card colors. Per-card override stays color-only.
