No. On those listing URLs the module does not render. The listing template shows its tag, author, or all-posts list (with its own title) instead.
SW Cards Blog is for the main blog index and for website or landing Insights rows. On /blog/tag/, /blog/tagged/, /blog/author/, and /blog/all it outputs nothing, including when HubSpot does not set the tag object.
Those pages keep the listing template partials: a title such as the blog name plus the tag, and a search/sort list of posts. Website and landing Cards Blog is unchanged.
