Frequently Asked Questions
SW FAQs Basic shows a visible FAQ section. Choose how FAQs are managed under FAQ Source:
- Inline Repeater — add questions and answers in the module (best for a few page-specific FAQs).
- Google Sheet — load FAQs from a shared spreadsheet (best when marketers update content without HubDB). Make a copy of the starter Sheet, share it as Anyone with the link → Viewer, paste your copy’s link in Google Sheet Settings, then delete the sample rows before going live.
Use Tag filter and Tags with a Google Sheet to show only matching rows. For a full FAQ hub with categories and HubDB, use SW FAQs Advanced HubDB instead.
